Tasty Soft shell Crabs from Ippolito’s fried with some Cajun seasoning and bread crumbs. Dressed with some lettuce, tomato, jalapeno pickles and honey mustard. Served with some fried Cherry Grove Farms cheese curds.
Love that you can see my vicodin in the background. Go wisdom teeth removal, go! (Seriously, though, that must have been an awesome sandwich. After every bite he’d say how good it was. Guess we should get more softshell crab, and maybe when my teeth removal has healed I’ll get to try some!)
